Parents, the FIS yearbook staff needs your help!

Deadline: February 8

Please upload candid photos of your child for possible inclusion in the 2020-2021 yearbook. Photos must be school related.

Examples of photos needed: Cross Country, First Day of School (not required to be taken at school), virtual learning (including students doing encore activities such as art and PE or science labs), students getting off their bus, students outside the school for benchmark testing, etc.

You can use a camera phone to take photos, but be sure to send us the original/largest file size for the photo (minimum of about 1200x1800 pixels and 800KB). While the upload software should work with most phones, a larger screen will make the process easier. We recommend using a computer, laptop, or tablet for the upload process.

Important: Submit quality photos. Photos should be well lit and taken up close. Avoid photos with too much background but do not use digital zoom or crop on your phone as this affects the photo quality. Students should be recognizable with their faces clearly visible. Photos must only contain FIS students. If the school relationship is not obvious (e.g. doing virtual PE outside) then please add this info.

When you are ready to upload your photos, follow the link below. Upload candid photos to the candid folder. Once you upload, the photos are in our system. After uploading a photo, you should see a preview that will allow you to add identifying information to the photo. Information tags such as grade level, first day, or virtual art class will help us when organizing the photos in the book. There is no additional submit button after adding info. Once the photo is uploaded and visible on your screen, we have it.
